Monday - Friday: 3:30 PM Stretch & Warm-up
3:45 PM Everyone in the Water, Group Warm-up
5:15 PM Done
Mon & Wed: 5:25 PM Dryland Exercises
6:00 PM Done
Mornings – Select Swimmers – Starting Nov. 4
Tues, Thurs, Fri: 5:45 AM On Deck Stretch
6:00 AM In the water
7:30 AM Done
